Each plan can be purchased with your jewellery or within one month of its purchase. If you subscribe afterwards, the plan must be linked to your original order.

Preserving its shine
CARE includes two re-gildings, while CARE Plus includes five. With CARE Plus, the five re-gildings are shared across the covered pieces; they are not allocated separately to each piece.

Care, minor adjustments and minor repairs are included. If an intervention falls outside this scope, we will provide a quote and await your approval before proceeding.

Your questions
When does the 10-year coverage begin?
Coverage starts on the date each eligible piece of jewellery was purchased, even if you subscribe to the service afterwards. For CARE Plus covering pieces bought on different dates, coverage dates are tracked individually.
Can I subscribe after buying my jewellery?
Yes, within one month of purchase. Please provide your original order details so the plan can be linked to the eligible piece.
Does CARE Plus include five re-gildings per piece?
No. CARE Plus includes five re-gildings in total, shared freely across the three covered pieces.
What happens after the included re-gildings?
Additional re-gildings are offered at 10% off their usual price and are charged per intervention.
What if my jewellery needs a major repair?
We review your request and provide a quote for any work beyond a minor repair or routine adjustment. We only proceed once you have approved it.
How do I request a service?
